Description of the issue

Is there any plan for the codeql package manager and codeql packs to come out of beta? Will these be supported long term or are there any plans to deprecate them? Looking at the CodeQL documentation, it says that both the package manager and codeql packs are still in beta which makes me hesitant to use them.
