Offering a good experience to consumers is key for e-commerce companies. Therefore, providing them with flow experiences could lead to success for these organisations. Since the birth of the Internet, a wide range of research has studied flow in this context. However, few studies have examined the role that electronic devices play in flow experiences. Based on 570 consumer shopping experiences in Amazon, the differences between handheld devices (smartphones and tablets) and PCs (laptops and desktop computers) are examined as the main antecedents of flow experience using structural equation modelling, based on covariances. The results demonstrate the importance of including hedonic elements in the design of web pages (accessible from PCs). On the other hand, apps (accessible from handheld devices) should facilitate concentration and encourage the user's time distortion to reach the flow state. The results can be useful for e-commerce companies in the design of their online platforms.

The contemporary business environment, characterized by high levels of dynamism, turbulence, and uncertainty, has forced companies to re-evaluate traditional models of commerce and make a shift towards Internet-based e-commerce models. Since the perception of usefulness determines the firm’s willingness to adopt e-commerce, this study strives to explore the contributing factors among SMEs in Bosnia and Herzegovina. A survey of 154 SME managers/owners was conducted, to identify variables that are key drivers of perceived usefulness. The findings revealed that the strategic management benefits, compatibility, and external pressures are the key predictors of perceived usefulness. This study also shows that the perceived usefulness of e-commerce is higher, if companies belonging to the same industry, or the same business network, have already adopted this business model. These findings strengthen the idea of the enterprise bandwagon effect. Compared to the newer and younger firms, the results also indicate that mature firms tend to have higher perceived usefulness of e-commerce.

The relevance of Cashback sites as a profitable business model has grown considerably over the last decade, where customer’s social networks have been one of the most important keys of success.
Hence, the success of cashback websites business model not only lays on strategies such as offering a wide portfolio of affiliate merchants and competitive cashbacks per transaction to attract new customers, but also on their ability of engaging them and enrolling new target customers through recommendation in a word-of-mouth marketing strategy. By a applying this kind of strategies, both the recommender and the referee benefit from referee’s transactions in the network, meaning that benefits for customers and companies grow at the same time that the customer’s social network grows and become more active. Consequently, this research focuses on the analysis of the impact of
customer’s social network on cashback websites from two different perspectives. From the customer’s perspective, determining the impact of the social network composition and their activity in customer’s benefits of cashback. Second, the research focuses on the ecommerce’s perspective, testing which kind of customers, characterized by whether they have social network or not, are more
profitable to the brand in terms of purchase behavior and loyalty. The findings are a step forward to understand customer behaviour and the relevance of social networks on cashback websites business
model and help the companies to establish the basis to develop new digital marketing strategies less concentrated in media advertisements and oriented to increase customer acquisition, retention, and
profitability.

In India organized retail was growing rapidly throughout this era, because of the socio-economic status, so that
the e-commerce sector improving fast. Development of technologies and the lifestyles lead to a different dimension of
shopping at their doorsteps. Globalization, reach of the internet and smartphones made it positive. Vegetables were
purchased through online was developing in metro and some of the non-metro cities in India. The study focuses on the
consumer buying behavior towards online purchasing of vegetables and various factors influencing it. The result showed
that education, income level, and some other factors were the major driving aspects of the online purchase of vegetables.
Majority of the sample respondents were female, middle-aged (20-30), graduated and employed as professional workers
and business. Two members were working nuclear families respondents purchasing at a convenient time with monthly
expenditure of above 1000 rupees.

ABSTRAK Toko Buku dapat memudahkan pelaku usaha atau toko untuk mempromosikan produknya dan mempermudah konsumen untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang produk-produk yang dimiliki penjual atau toko. Keterbatasan Pemasaran produk menjadi suatu kendala toko dalam meningkatkan pendapat penjualan toko dan lemahnya pengawasan barang serta pembuatan laporan yang masih manual menjadi suatu dampak yang buruk bagi toko sehingga laporan penjualan dan laporan stok barang menjadi terhambat. Tujuan dari tugas mandiri ini adalah membuat analisa dan perancangan website toko Buku menggunakan metode waterfall yang dapat diakses secara online. Metode yang digunakan peneliti untuk penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem-sistem perangkat lunak dengan memiliki alur hidup perangkat lunak secara terurut yang dimulai dari analisis, desain, pengkodean dan pengujian. Perancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modelling Language, Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Tugas mandiri ini menghasilkan aplikasi Toko Buku online berbasis web yang memberikan informasi stok secara real-time, Laporan penjualan, laporan stok barang, dan toko dapat mempromosikan produk yang dijual. Sehingga proses pelaporan dan pengontrolan informasi secara stok barang dapat dilakukan dengan baik serta jangkauan pemasaran toko dapat lebih luas sehingga dapat meningkatkan omset penjualan toko Buku. 1. PENDAHULUAN 1.1 Latar Belakang Sistem penjualan dan promosi produk melalui internet sedang berkembang pesat. Perusahaan yang memanfaatkan teknologi berbasis web sebagai suatu strategi perusahaan dalam menawarkan produk kepada seluruh konsumen tanpa harus dibatasi oleh ruang dan waktu. Mulai dari perusahaan besar hingga usaha kecil dan menengah telah menjadikan sistem penjualan secara online sebagai sarana promosi yang murah dan terjangkau. Tugas mandiri mata kuliah sistem e-commerce adalah melakukan analisa dan perancangan sistem e-commerce dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang berbasiskan pemrograman perangkat lunak berbasiskan internet Untuk memecahkan permasalahan tersebut. Mendorong penulis untuk melakukan analisa dan membangun website penjualan secara online untuk memperluas jangkauan pemasaran produk, agar konsumen dengan mudah mengakses setiap produk yang diperlukan dengan cepat.
