La relación entre música y nuevas tecnologías de la comunicación ha creado otras formas de producción, distribución y consumo que se desarrollan a partir de la participación activa de los públicos. La ruptura de la dicotomía entre emisor y receptor dentro de los espacios virtuales, ha conducido a los procesos creativos hacia el trabajo en red, en colaboración con los usuarios. Gracias a ello, los artistas se conectan con sus seguidores de manera directa y crean vínculos, que les permite convertirse en el centro de las acciones sociales. De este modo, pueden consolidar una comunidad en línea, que les permita ampliar su marco de influencia para visibilizar sus propuestas. In 1932, phenomenological sociologist Alfred Schutz provided a theory of mutual knowledge that explains how individuals come to understand one another in the increasingly differentiated lifeworld. Schutz’s main argument was that the contemporaneous lifeworld consists of two distinct realms and human mutual knowledge is constituted differently in each realm: in the realm of consociates, people get to know each other by way of growing older together in corporeal copresence; and in the realm of mere contemporaries, people come to know each other based on ideal types constructed through generalized typification. En el último año, Twitch se ha convertido en un lugar de reunión, de entretenimiento y de socialización para los jóvenes. Por eso, las marcas buscan transformar sus estrategias de comunicación para poder integrarse en los nuevos hábitos de consumo de medios digitales. El objetivo de esta investigación es identificar el rol de Twitch en la comunicación comercial, evaluando la influencia de los streamers en el reconocimiento y percepción que se tiene de las marcas. Para ello, se realiza un método mixto que, a modo de exploración, presenta los intereses y percepciones de los usuarios sobre la plataforma y sobre las marcas que aparecen en ella. Las técnicas utilizadas fueron entrevistas en profundidad a expertos (n=5) y usuarios (n=5), un focus group a usuarios (n=8) y una encuesta en España (n=420). Las marcas han dejado de controlar sus mensajes, siendo los streamers y los patrocinios las piezas fundamentales en la comunicación comercial en Twitch.

This paper is concerned with the social ills of bullying and cyberbullying that might lead to suicide especially when adolescents are involved. First, the author explains the two concepts. It is noted that people with monoamine oxidase-A (MAOA) have a propensity to antisocial behaviour and that they cannot relieve themselves of responsibility for their conduct. We all need to think of the consequences of our actions, and we need to ensure that internet abusers are held accountable for their wrongdoing. It is argued that parental responsibility is paramount. Parents, and society at large, need to exhibit zero tolerance to bullying and cyberbullying. Parents need to take active steps to tackle both phenomena, and, in this context, healthy communication with children and other stakeholders is key for success. Disregard for consequences of both activity and inactivity when facing all forms of bullying is immoral.

In recent years, studies have extensively explored both personal and environmental predictors of cyberbullying. Among these predictors, parental monitoring and school climate were often expected to be associated with cyberbullying behaviors. However, little is known about the mediating mechanisms through which these relations may develop. The present study aimed to expand the current research by testing a theoretical model including the mediating role of moral disengagement in the relations between parental monitoring (including less collaborative vs. more collaborative strategies), school climate, and cyberbullying behaviors. La pregunta ¿es posible la felicidad en estudiantes universitarios? guía la presente investigación cuantitativa dirigida a 237 estudiantes (hombres y mujeres) de la Universidad de las Regiones Autónomas de la Costa Caribe Nicaragüense. Investigación que está sustentada en un diseño descriptivo, aplicando la escala de felicidad de Alarcón (2006) tomando en consideración las variables de género, edad, etnia y años de estudio. El artículo investiga las transformaciones provocadas por el entorno digital y las redes sociales dentro de las salas de redacción de medios tradicionales chilenos. Se enfoca en tres aristas: el impacto del entorno digital en el ejercicio del periodismo, el uso de redes sociales en los medios tradicionales y las oportunidades y los riesgos para las rutinas profesionales. Para ello se condujo un estudio cualitativo a partir de 21 entrevistas en profundidad semiestructuradas con el objetivo de explorar las percepciones de los protagonistas. En cuanto a los resultados, se observa que, si bien el entorno digital ha puesto en tensión la función tradicional del periodismo como guardianes de la información (gatekeepers), sus aspectos fundamentales siguen vigentes como pilares de la profesión con el fin de preservar estándares de calidad. Neste artigo, enfocaremos as mudanças nos rituais de primeiro encontro amoroso em meio à pandemia de COVID-19, notadamente a partir da mediação dos aplicativos de relacionamento e socialização online. Para isso, traçamos o histórico do amor e os primórdios dos encontros amorosos para, na sequência, defendermos a postulação destes enquanto rituais de passagem. A partir das origens e atualidade do relacionamento mediado por plataformas digitais, empreendemos a análise documental de nossa amostra, composta por matérias jornalísticas do período de março a junho de 2020 e, assim, destacamos a comunicação e a conexão facilitadas e aprofundadas a partir dos encontros virtuais; a ressignificação do ritual em si; e os novos encontros como tendência para o mundo pós-COVID, conjecturando sobre as novas narrativas do amor pós-moderno.

Freedom of expression is a fundamental part of living in a free and open society and, above all, a basic need of every human being and a requirement to attain happiness. Its absence has relevant consequences, not only for individuals but also for the whole social community. This might explain why freedom of expression was, along with other freedoms (conscience and religion; thought, belief, opinion, including that of the press and other media of communication; peaceful assembly; and association), at the core of liberal constitutionalism, and constitutes, since the Second World War, an essential element of constitutional democracies. In a democracy, people should be allowed to express themselves to others freely. The paper, which is divided into five sections, points out that states are obliged to protect the exercise of that freedom not only because its very purpose is the common good and welfare of society but also because it is a requirement of any constitutional democracy. Otherwise, when people cannot express themselves, perhaps out of fear (not from 'war' but from different kinds of social pressure or 'violence' exerted by some lobbies, mass media, or governmental policies that are at odds with respect for the plurality of opinions), vulnerability arises. This weakens not only those individuals that are not allowed to express their thoughts but also those who do not dare to do it-or even not to think for themselves-under certain environmental pressures (exerted by states, international organizations, social media, or financial groups, lobbies, etc.). In the end, the decline of freedom of expression makes most people more vulnerable and jeopardizes the whole democratic system.

Over the last decade the Film “Jenin Jenin”, directed by Mohammed Bakri, was repeatedly the subject matter of legal deliberations and heated public debates in Israel. The Film, which was financed by the Palestinian Authority, is based on the battle in the refugee camp Jenin during Operation Defensive Shield. This Operation was triggered by the terrorist attack at the Park Hotel in Netanya on the eve of Passover, 27, 2002. A suicide bomber broke into the  hotel's dining hall and blew himself up. 30 people were killed and 160 were injured.
The filming of “Jenin Jenin” was conducted inside the Jenin Refugee Camp and was comprised of “evidence” given by its Palestinian residents. There were allegations about horrific war crimes, abuse, and looting by the IDF soldiers. The film was widely screened around the globe and won a few artistic awards. It was also screened in a few cinematheques in Israel, and following approval by the Israeli Supreme Court, which repealed the decision of the Film Review & Plays Council to ban its screening, it was released to be screened in all other formats across the Country. 
Since the Attorney General refused to act according to his statutory power and prosecute Mohammed Bakri, a group of IDF soldiers who fought in Jenin during Operation Defensive Shield filed a defamation lawsuit against Bakri, claiming damages as well as an injunction. The Court concluded that the allegations made in the Film are deceptive, provocative, fictitious, and imaginary and that the film was edited in an ill-faith manner. Nevertheless, the lawsuit was rejected by the Court. The Appeal to the Supreme Court also failed. Both Courts ruled that the soldiers could not show a sound cause of action. Neither personally nor as a group. Not any of them could be identified in the Film.
The starting point of the second round of the litigation was completely different. Here, the plaintiff, Lieutenant Colonel Megna'gi, who was not a party in the first round of the case, was clearly identifiable. His portrait appeared on the screen for at least 4 minutes.  Thus, the District Court could easily decide to rule in his favor and impose tortious liability on Bakri. Megna'gi was awarded 175,000 NIS as damages. In addition, the Court issued a permanent injunction prohibiting further distribution and screening of the film, except for screening it on YouTube.
This paper argues that although the decision to impose liability – and damages – on Bakri is solidly founded, issuing the injunction is problematic for at least 3 reasons: the decision lacks proportionality; the balance between reputation and freedom of (artistic) speech is flawed, especially in light of the Supreme Court's decision on Bakri's plea against the initial decision to ban the film from screening in Israel, and the exclusion of YouTube makes the injunction ineffective and futile. 
An appeal to the Supreme Court was filed by Mohammed Bakri and has yet to be decided.

O autor discute a importância de se colocar os objetos midiaticos como subconjunto dos objetos comunicacionais no sentido de se operar com uma epistemologia critica no campo da comunicacao. Para tanto, sao ressaltados como os fenomenos comunicacionais ganharam primeiro plano nas sociedades contemporâneas e como a midia e fundamental nesse arranjo, por meio da abordagem de tres tematicas: a passagem da cultura de massas para a cultura das midias; as mudancas nos processos capitalistas de producao de valor a partir de meados do seculo XX; e a constituicao dos publicos consumidores desde o final do seculo XIX. Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have become commonplace elements in all sides of life. Education is a very socially oriented activity and quality education has traditionally been associated with strong teachers having high degrees of personal contact with learners. The use of ICT in education is able to more student-centred learning settings. But, due to the rapid developments into digital media and information, the role of ICT in education is becoming more and more important and this importance will aid to grow and develop in the 21st century. ICTs play an significant role to play in changing and modernizing educational systems and ways of learning ICT enabled activities and processes in order to increase accessibility, quality and competency in education system. This paper will show how ICT in academics, in community learning centres or NGO resource centres are involved to creating learning environments that imparting basic education for all.

This study aims to determine the effect of promotional mix of decision making in choosing Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo (UMSIDA) on alumni of SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 3 Porong. This type of research is quantitative, with the type of descriptive correlational research. Population and sample in this research are alumni of SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 3 Porong counted 91 people. Data collection using Likert Scale, with five alternative answers or scores. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS V16.0 program. The result of this research is promotion mix influencing decision making process of choosing UMSIDA 45,9% and the rest equal to 54,1% influenced by factors not examined. From the partial test, the most influential promotional mix in decision making is advertising, while public relations and personal selling have no influence in decision making of UMSIDA.

Статья посвящена стратегиям внедрения цифровых каналов публичной политики в регионах РФ. Проблема исследования заключается в неравномерности внедрения ресурсов обратной связи в различных регионах РФ, при этом внедрение указанных технологий описано в паспорте федерального проекта «Цифровое государственное управление». Основная гипотеза данной статьи заключается в том, что регионы выбирают различные стратегии внедрения каналов публичного участия, по-разному решая вопрос соотношения монополизма в данной сфере и возможностей рационального выбора при создании региональных сайтов. Какие стратегии внедрения лежат в основании институциональных матриц регионов РФ – основной вопрос данной статьи.

La Sociedad de la Información y el Conocimiento y su permanente evolución tecnológica han traído aparejados grandes y acelerados cambios sociales. Este fenómeno global y difuso nos presenta una nueva base de categorización o estratificación social basada en el acceso a - pero fundamentalmente el conocimiento para - las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC).
