Reformatted (most) of the changelog according to the guidelines described in http://keepachangelog.com. Basically, here's a quick summary: - it groups changes in a more human-friendly way - adds the date of each release (here, dates were taken from npm) - link each version to the URL showing the changes (which is awesome)
