Are node images affected by the following certificate expiration?

Sectigo AddTrust External CA Root Expiring May 30, 2020 (click for more information).

On May 30 2020 10:48:38 +0000 root certificate "AddTrust External CA Root" and intermediate certificate "USERTrust RSA Certification Authority" are expiring.

If so, the Debian-based variants should've been fixed with the merge of docker-library/official-images#8147.

In the issue, I was asking if node images were affected by the certificate expiration.

My experience is that "yes", node images are affected by this problem.
