Thomas and Friends: Continued! is a Thomas & Friends machinima made by Nino's Productions, with a cast of voice actors from throughout the fandom.
The series is made as a continuation of the television series after it ended on Series 24 and Mattel decided to do the All Engines Go reboot.
The Day of the Diesels Rewrite is also considered part of the series due to the Christmas special mentioning events from the movie.

This series contains examples of:
- Ambiguous Situation: The cliffhanger for the Season 1 finale has Diesel 10 giving the same speech as he did in "Misty Island Rescue" that foreshadows the next special "Day of the Diesels". While this is made as a joke to leadup to the rewrite, this doesn't make sense as said rewrite takes place LONG before the series is made. Unless Diesel 10 is a time traveler, what was he referring to in the future sense? Is he planning something more gruesome compare to his plan from the rewrite?
- Art Evolution: Splodge/Splatter and Dodge were modeled after their looks from "Thomas and the Magic Railroad" when they appeared in the Day of the Diesels Rewrite. But they were given CGI-eqse versions of their faces when they came back in "The Christmas Calamity".
- Ruder and Cruder: The language tone for the 2024/2025 Christmas episode "The Christmas Calamity" has a bit more swearing compare to both the actual show and the fan series.
- The Stinger: Episode 10 ends with Diesel 10 rolling up giving the same speech as he did in "Misty Island Rescue", which leads up to the Day of the Diesel Rewrite.
- Spared by the Adaptation:
- The Railway Series history books state that Neil still works after the formation of the North Western Railway, but it's never revealed where he is. The first episode reveals Neil is still steaming after being rescued from being scrapped.
- Alfred and Dudley are shown at the Christmas Party at the Mainland in "The Christmas Calamity". The former was blown up in Sodor: Dark Times, by Gordon while he was trying to sacrifice himself from saving his brothers from getting blown up from the gunpowder wagons as well for Alfred murdering most of the engines on the North Western Railway as revenge for the Fat Controller banishing him back when he was 98462. while the latter hints that Dudley was scrapped.
- Status Quo Is God: Season 1 has Gordon deciding to take a break from pulling the express and Henry takes over as the engine. But that it's not going to a permanent change as episode 9 has him being overworked from both Express and goods work. Gordon would be back as the express engine.
