Problems and Solutions (PaS) is an American web-animated series created by Funkchen-Sparky
(Sparky) and Verastophilis
(Vera).
The series takes place in the BFDI universe, specifically the Equation Playground where it follows four Algebralien variables q, r, s, t and their guardian figure I finding their ways and values in life.
The show currently has two released episodes, which can be found here
.
Problems and Solutions provides examples of:
- Author Powers: When I is showing Q around in Who's The One Under The Hood?, the group ends up in an unfinished room in the animation software they're animated in, Clip Studio Paint. When T wonders why R is colored in and they aren't, the animator gives them color, much to their surprise.
- Priceless Ming Vase: In Who's The One Under The Hood?, I has a valuable vase that they claim 'makes them look younger'. Later, when the variables chase after Q, S trips over T and they both accidentally break the vase.
- Shout-Out:
- In the beginning of The Lost City of Mathu Picchu, I and R's conversation about value references when 4 and X talk about X's value in ''X Finds Out His Value''.
- Later on in the episode, the four variables blue-skiddo into a map leading to Mathu Picchu.
- Third-Person Person: I strictly refers to themself in the third person constantly which isn't that noticeable until they emphasize the grammatically incorrect "I" in place of "me/my/mine" as one normally would.
- Welcome Episode: Who's The One Under The Hood? has Q joining the main cast after they see an advertisement claiming that the variable I can help them find their value.
- You Are Grounded!: At the end of Who's The One Under The Hood?, I grounds the four variables for a period of time because they ended up breaking I's vase.
