An Object Show made by Spartan Dash on 20th April 2018. It's the same ol' story, sixteen contestants are lead by The Host, Lava Lamp, and his assistant, Boomerang, to compete for an unknown prize. However, there is an unfolding dramatic storyline to spice things up.

In late 2021, the series abruptly ended after three episodes (And another still in production at the time) because SpartanDash was unsure of the direction of the show and wanted to reboot it as a result.

Tropes present in this show:

• A Dog Named "Dog": As per tradition of Object Shows, the objects in the cast are named after their species.
• Animate Inanimate Object: With the exception of Elijah, Kasey and Tristan, everybody in Object Explosion is an anthropomorphic object of some kind and are named accordingly.
• Anthropomorphic Food: The cast includes a lovely spread of sentient treats^note Blueberry, Candy Bar, Ice-Cream Sandwich, Jawbreaker and Yogurt
• Armless Biped: And now, the obligatory contestants who are lacking their arms but still have legs for no reason^note Blueberry, Compact Disc, Coral, Spray Bottle, Watering Can
• Audience Participation: The viewers can vote down in the comments to eliminate a contestant on the losing team at the end of each episode. They can also recommend their object characters to be extras or be in the background during the show.
• Hand Puppet: Puppet's species.
• Short-Runners: Only ran for 3 complete episodes and 1 unfinished episode, because the show was cancelled and is undergoing a reboot.
• Shout-Out: The 2020 intro is chock-full of references to old television shows and media when it shows each character. The whole list includes Full House (Blueberry), Pop Team Epic (Chocolate Bar and Jawbreaker having the same expressions), Happy Days (Compact Disc), Friends (Coral), Arthur (Ice Cream Sandwich), The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (Nail Polish), Neon Genesis Evangelion (Olive and Razor Blade reenacting the elevator scene), Baby Einstein (Puppet), SpongeBob SquarePants (Roof Tile opening a door akin to the main character's opening), Aggretsuko (Sand Dollar doing the memetic dance the title character did), Salad Fingers (Scary Story), Sesame Street (Spray Bottle), The Love Boat (Watering Can) and Kill la Kill (Yogurt)
• Token Human: Elijah, Kasey and Tristan are the only humans in this object-centric world.
