The plot revolves around Enzo, a "Feline" who was kicked down to the Black Sea, a infinite plane of dark water that turns any flesh it touches into metal. All sorts of criminals and scum from society is expelled so that they might become useful metals. Those that give into the despair become "Ferals" malformed monsters representing the original being's deepest and most twisted desires.
