Attack of the Matango

The end result of being colonized by the Matango mushrooms are these hulking behemoths, now completely under the fungus's control. Zombie-esque amalgamations of man and mushroom who can shrug off gunfire with ease, the Matango constantly produce a menacing maniacal laugh as they work together to try to prevent uninfected humans from escaping, then swarm and grab at them with their incredibly powerful arms.
