- Ally Beardsley, former Dropout cast member and regular cast member of Dimension 20, is a nonbinary lesbian.

- Astrid Lundberg, a lesbian enthusiast of evolutionary biology and folklore.
- Athena P, commentary YouTuber is out on her channel as bisexual.
- Auritanyl (aka Auri or Aurora) is a YouTuber making videos on math and other science shit she finds to be cool. She was initially aroace, then she came out as nonbinary on April 17 2024 and came out as a trans girl on September 17 2024, before becoming a lesbian sometime during December 2024. She uses she/her pronouns.
- Beatrice the Golden Witch, previously known as "Digibrony", then "Digibro", and later "Digi-neé", came out as a trans woman in 2020. She is also bisexual.
- Magdalen Berns, British lesbian radical feminist and YouTuber.
- Better With Bob, a film and television-focused YouTube channel run by aromantic actor and writer Bobby Calloway.
- Brendan Blaber, aka JelloApocalypse, a YouTuber/voice actor known for his "Every [X] Reviewed in 10 Words or Less" series, creator of Epithet Erased on VRV, and voice of Mr. Puzzles on Supermarioglitchy4's Super Mario 64 Bloopers, came out as bisexual in 2018.
- Kat Blaque, polyamorous black trans YouTuber who mainly does LGBTQ-themed video essays.
- "Boba", a let's player and member of the Yogscast who is openly bisexual.
- Dane Boedigheimer, creator of The Annoying Orange, came out as transgender and non-binary around the end of 2023.
- Harry "Harris" Brewis, known as "HBomberguy," is a bisexual YouTuber known for his political and video game videos.

- Tamara Chambers of The Nostalgia Critic and Tamara's Never Seen is pansexual.
- Jacob Hope Chapman, known as JesuOtaku, is an Anime video reviewer who came out as a trans man in 2016 and bisexual in 2018.
- Justin Chapman, a founding member and former writer for Inanimate Insanity, is agender and queer.
- James Charles, an American YouTube creator and make-up artist who is openly gay.
- Paul Charles, the "Gay Comic Geek", is a comic book geek who happens to be gay and geek culture critic.

- Charlie Is So Cool Like, real name Charlie McDonnell, came out as a non-binary trans woman on October 6, 2021. She has also stated she's bisexual in a Q&A.
- Chriddof, a British maker of surreal/Dadaist comedy videos, who came out as a trans woman in 2021 and is now called Michelle Lyons.
- Cicabeot1, Let's Player and music reviewer who came out as transgender in 2018.
- Mr Clemps, pansexual YouTuber and Twitch streamer that usually talks about games and anime.
- Crow, a YouTuber who reviews music under her channel CawCophony, identifies as asexual and came out as a trans woman in 2022.
- Lucas Cruikshank, a YouTuber known for his hyperactive "Fred Figglehorn" character, came out as gay in 2013.
- Cara Cunningham, internet star, YouTuber, and short time adult film actor especially known for her "LEAVE BRITNEY ALONE!!!" video. Came out as a trans woman in 2021.
- ColeyDoesThings, a YouTuber and a comedian who does sketches about various aspects of fandom, fanfiction, and shipping culture is bisexual and identifies as being somewhere on the demisexual spectrum.
- YouTube Pooper cs188 came out as bisexual through his video "Building Big Brown Bricks in my Boxer Briefs", uploaded in 2025.

- Nikita Dragun, an American YouTube personality, make-up artist and model. She came out as transgender in 2015. She is well-known for her make-up line, Dragun Beauty.
- Durendal, French web video creator who talks about movies, is openly gay.
- Jessie Earl, also known as Jessie Gender, is a bisexual transgender Youtuber who primarily reviews and discusses Star Trek, as well as discussing political, social and LGBTQ issues.
- Beatrice Elizabeth 'Bea' Baron, better known as BeaPlays, is a bisexual trans woman and a former member of Yogscast.
- Egoraptor, real name Arin Hanson, hinted that he was bisexual in 2023 before properly confirming it in 2024.
- Lindsay Ellis, formerly The Nostalgia Chick, is a bisexual media critic and video essayist covering topics such as LGBT media representation and serious film and TV analysis.
- Rowan Ellis, a UK queer feminist YouTuber, who does videos on pop culture and geekdom from an LGBT perspective.
- Jay Exci, a British YouTuber who makes videos rebutting or criticizing popular media, came out as non-binary in 2020 and uses she/he/they pronouns.

- Fawful's Minion, real name Logan Atkins, is a ceterosexual countdown creator, with his girlfriend, NicoDaPeek, being a trans woman.
- F1NN5TER: A Wholesome Crossdressing gamer and streamer who came out as genderfluid and bi in 2024. Finn goes by he/she pronouns.
- Fightmarker, a queer rapper, musician, and writer known for his ERB-inspired Surreal Humor rap battles. Stated his sexuality in the description of "Baldi vs Pico 2".
- Maggie Mae Fish, queer video essayist about films and media.
- Chris Fleming, who when asked about his gender gave a long-winded Non-Answer. Definitely gender nonconforming, at the very least.
- Freshy Kanal, a popular creator in the Youtube fanmade rap battle community, best known for making "Squid Game vs MrBeast". He has not put a label on himself but has stated he's not straight.
- Gamechamp 3000, Twitch streamer and creator of YouTube series VG Myths. Transgender and non-binary, uses she/they pronouns.
- Geek Remix, Mari and Stacy, two queer women who do video game reviews, theory videos and Lets Plays.
- "Gemathy", real first name Gemma, is a content creator and member of the Yogscast who is openly bisexual.
- Genderpunksap, a nonbinary YouTuber who mostly focuses on trans issues.
- G Loves Trains, real first name Georgia, is a proudly lesbian train and transport blogger.
- Gigi Gorgeous, a Canadian YouTube creator, model and actress. She came out as transgender in 2015 and now identifies as a pansexual woman.
- Sofia Gomez, a TikToker; OnlyFans creator; on-off YouTuber and Twitch streamer; cosplayer; voice actor and singer-songwriter, is bisexual/queer. She originally came out as a lesbian in March 2022, but began identifying as bi/queer in November of that same year.
- Joey Graceffa, a YouTube comedian and personality, came out as gay in 2015.
- Frankie Grande, gay American YouTube personality, singer and TV host. Best known for his appearance on Celebrity Big Brother in the UK and for being the older brother of Ariana Grande.
- Cameron J. Green, a YouTube voice actor best known for being the voice of Belle Butterfly from Baby Lamb & Friends, came out as transgender in a 2020 YouTube video.
- Hank Green, one half of VlogBrothers, is bisexual but usually doesn't mention anything sex related in his content because he is Happily Married.
- Laci Green, a YouTuber known for her sex-positive and sex education YouTube channel, is pansexual.
- Taylor Grodin, a founding member and former writer for Inanimate Insanity, is bisexual.
- Mark Grondin of media (primarily music) review show Spectrum Pulse identifies as queer.
- Todrick Hall, a singer, dancer, choreographer and director known for his elaborate YouTube music videos is gay.
- Elisa Hansen is an author and video essayist best known for her Vampire Reviews, many of which discuss feminist and queer issues. She is a biromantic asexual.
- Hannah Hart, comedienne and YouTuber behind "My Drunk Kitchen" is a lesbian.
- Hee, a Japanese YouTuber, came out as gay on October 5, 2016.
- B. Dylan Hollis, a gay TikTok star.
- Ally Hills, lesbian commentary YouTuber.
- Dan Howell, a YouTuber who came out as gay in 2019.
- Huggbees, known for the How It's Actually Made videos, among others, mentioned being bisexual in a video.
- Iron Liz revealed on LordKaT's livestream podcast that she was assigned male at birth, and identified as a trans woman most of her life. Since she finished transitioning in 2014, she no longer uses the label.
- Ironmouse, a Virtual YouTuber and one of the founding members of VShojo, came out as pansexual during a livestream.
- Izzzyzzz, a New Zealand animator and YouTuber best known for making video essays about Internet history, uses they/them pronouns. While they prefer no labels, they believe that nonbinary and asexual are the ones that "fit most closely with how [they] feel" and doesn't mind being associated with those labels.
- Blake Jennings, a YouTuber best known for his comedic and often queer-themed video game-related ranking and "What Your Favorite [X] Says About You"-style videos, is openly gay.
- JoshJepson, a let's player best known for his collaborations with The Runaway Guys and Attacking Toucans, is bisexual.
- Adam Johnston, movie reviewer best known for YourMovieSucks.org, is openly gay.
- Joyce-stick, a transgender woman YouTuber producing video essays mostly about anime, who also identifies as plural.
- Kaiser Beamz, creator of the anime analysis series Kyoto Video, is non-binary and pansexual.
- KaiserNeko, one of the founders of TeamFourStar came out as gay to his parents at the age of 11.
- Kitty Monk, real name Abigail, is bisexual.
- Kyle Kallgren, film reviewer, is bisexual.
- Kemio, a Japanese YouTuber, model, TV personality, essayist, singer, and former Viner. He came out as gay on Twitter on April 28, 2019.
- Kidology, a lesbian commentary Youtuber.
- Kwite, a masked commentary Youtuber and Twitch streamer. He is openly bisexual.
- Minerva Kelley, aka Eldena Doubleca5t and former host of When Posting Goes Wrong, is a trans lesbian.
- Jessica Kellgren-Fozard, a lesbian YouTuber who makes videos about LGBT+ history, disability awareness, and vintage fashion.
- Gus Kenworthy, an American skier, actor and YouTube creator. He came out as gay in 2015. His most notable acting role was in American Horror Story: 1984.
- Octavius King, British YouTuber and Twitch streamer, is non-binary and uses he/they pronouns.
- TJ Kirk, better known as The Amazing Atheist, is bisexual though he seldom brings that fact up. He's also stated that he basically considers himself non-binary but is also just comfortable using any pronouns.
- Ian Kochinski (aka Vaush), a left-wing political streamer, is pansexual.

- Lady Emily, a video essayist who makes videos on pop culture and is the co-writer for Sarah Z, is a bisexual trans woman.
- Quinn Larios, a former contributor to Channel Awesome, is a trans woman.
- Paige Layle, who specializes in content regarding the Autism Spectrum, including her own lived experiences, came out as pansexual in 2020 and 2021 and then as a lesbian in 2025. Her pronouns are she/they, according to her Instagram.
- May Leitz runs the mostly horror-oriented YouTube channel Nyx Fears. She came out as a trans woman in 2018, is biromantic and asexual, and is in a relationship with another woman (namely, Laura Les of 100 gecs). She is also a musician and horror author.
- Jackson Lennon, a YouTuber, actor and filmmaker who is transgender and bisexual.
- Leo, better known as Leozaur is a let's player and former member of the Yogscast who is openly bisexual. She retired from let's plays in February 2021 to become a teacher, but also started a business called Jewel Patisserie.
- Phil Lester, a YouTuber who came out as gay in 2019.
- Lilith is openly pan.
- LittleKuriboh, bisexual content creator known for creating Yu-Gi-Oh! The Abridged Series.
- The Little Platoon, while he has gone back and forth between calling himself gay and bisexual, he's made it clear that he's not straight in his She-Hulk video where he talks about "Being lectured about transphobia by straight people".
- LordKaT came out as trans in 2023. She also stated in a livestream that she is bisexual.
- Luke Correia, a Canadian meme voiceover channel host who has plans on doing professional voice acting work in the future, is bisexual.
- Lyinginbedmon, British Let's Player and webcomic artist, is non-binary and demipansexual.

- Jamie Maurer, or "Rantasmo" is a gay man and former Channel Awesome personality with his own YouTube channel Needs More Gay that takes a look at LGBT issues in popular culture.
- Tana Mongeau, an American YouTube creator, model and TV personality. She's most famous for her story time content and is openly bisexual.
- MangaKamen, a video essayist who makes content about animation and gaming, came out as bisexual in 2022.
- Mangaminx, a LetsPlayer, is a gay trans woman.
- Manny MUA, is the stage name of YouTube creator and make-up artist, Manuel Gutierrez. He's openly gay and is well-known for his make-up reviews online.

- Nerd Sync, real name Scott Niswander, is openly bisexual and agender.
- Night Mind's host, Nick Nocturne, is bisexual.
- Nikkitutorial's host, Nikkie de Jager is a transgender woman who came out publicly in 2020. She made her transition during her childhood and teenage years. She is most famous for being a make-up artist/reviewer on YouTube.
- Tyler Oakley, an American YouTube content creator who is openly gay.
- Lily Orchard, a general animation critic and former My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic reviewer who is a demiromantic bisexual trans woman. A lot of videos in her "Glass of Water" series focus on LGBT representation in animation.
- Pastra: A horror YouTuber who identifies as non-binary and uses he/they pronouns. However, he also says he considers himself straight.
- Trisha Paytas came out as genderfluid in 2021. This followed a controversial video from two years earlier in which they claimed to be a trans man; Paytas now claims they didn't know the right terminology to describe their identity back then.
- Plumbella, real name Jesse McNamara, is an agender Let's Player known for playing The Sims.
- Allison Pregler, also known as Obscurus Lupa, revealed she was asexual in a post detailing an event from her teenage years, and is married to Phelous.
- Zoey Proasheck is a let's player and member of the Yogscast who is a transgender lesbian.
- ProtonJon, a Canadian let's player and one-third of The Runaway Guys, is a trans woman. Her name after coming out is now Claire.
- Rags, a YouTube commentator and gamer, is bisexual.
- Ranboo, a variety Twitch streamer, came out as unlabeled (mentioned he's okay with being labeled gay) on April 2022 and is non-binary.
- Randy Rainbow, a Camp Gay YouTube comedian and singer.
- Malcolm Ray, voice actor and recurring actor on The Nostalgia Critic, is bisexual.
- RAZZLE: Recurring channel members Gwen Turner and Jordan Raisman are a trans woman and non-binary, respectively.
- Franchesca Ramsey, former YouTuber, actress and writer is bisexual.

- Seismo, an American content creator best known for the horror ARG The Noedolekcin Archives, came out as aroace on Twitter in 2023.
- Shooshies, a British Twitch streamer and voice actor, is nonbinary.
- Lilly Singh, a Canadian comedian, YouTube creator, and talk host, came out as bisexual in 2019 on her social media. Lilly is most known for her YouTube channel IISuperwomanII.

- SnapCube, real name Penny Parker, is a gaming YouTuber, voice actress, and singer who is a sapphic trans woman. She formerly identified as pansexual and genderfluid and was known under the names Judy or Jordan.
- Jimmy Snow, formerly known as "Mr. Atheist", is a creator making videos relating to politics and atheism and host of The Line and The Sometimes Show who is pansexual.
- The Sphere Hunter, real name Suzi Hunter, is a bisexual trans woman best known for her videos about Capcom games such as Resident Evil and Devil May Cry, along with other horror and action games.
- Reviewer and podcaster Eric Spikol, aka The Omega, is a trans man. He is the real life husband of Diamanda Hagan.
