Fixed mobile planet camera having problems with zoom in and zoom out. 

Fixed half of the simulations not having working buttons . 

Added the new Settings menu to ONLY web and android (will get pushed to windows and Linux on a later date). 

Added a ask for reviewing the app (only on android and it's a one time ask).
