1 day later, and it'll be Valentine's Day.
You're playing as Aimi (name changeable) and, of course you're not going to miss out going on a date during the special day. The problem is, you'll have to choose between your childhood friend or your crush who doesn't seem to like you back.
Unfortunately, that isn't the only problem you'll be facing.
In your hometown, some people have gone missing without a word. Whether they are killed or kidnapped, nobody knows. You might want to be careful so that you don't become one of them.

I made the story, sprite, CG, textbox, and some buttons myself. However, for background images, BGM, and SFE, I looked for free resource/assets on websites like Unsplash, Pexel, Dova Syndrome, etc. For full credit of photo bg, SFE, and BGM sources, please read the Full Credits.txt file inside the Sweetest Valentine folder.

Gods i love this GAME. I beat it before but every now and then i come back and just play. Love this story. Love the sudden shift in story. I dont want to spoil for anyone new but all i can say is just give it a try😝😝

Bro.... you don't get how much I wanted to beat the shit out of the MC while playing this. And i don't usually hate these kinds of characters this much, but there's something about her, i don't even wanna see her happy bro. She deserves nothing good in this world, i need to see her downfall. I hate the way that she talks, the way that she walks, the way that she breathes. No second chances. Lethal vaccine, electric chair? No, being killed is too easy of an escape. Rot in jail forever.

Played it from 27:00 to 1:51:30. Wooooow XDDD this was supposed to be a valentine's day livestream full of romance and love and we were actually surprised when we played it XDD (even more it was the first game of the livestream :') ) I was surprised how the game started all cute and funny and suddenly became a sort of "horror" game as we progress... we only got one bad ending but it was entertaining !(⚠ spoiler, don't read this comment if you don't want to be SPOILED)
when I learned yuzuki and haruto's backstory I genuinely felt so sad (´;︵;`)
i have yet to play through all the endings yet but the fact that they were lovers and were going to run away with each other if aimi hadn't done that I felt so sad for them :( love this game so much though

this is not what i expected, but i expected it to be all cute, but i used the guide to get all the endings and even finished it in just one day which this this day that i started playing it and i loved this game so much its so unexpected but cool ^^ this is going to my collection for ppl to give games to play :D!
I think the zip file (1.7.2) for PC one is broken, because Windows Explorer keeps crashing. I had to unpack it from Total Commander, then delete the zip file.
But anyways, I loved this game. I played both route, spoiler:
Yuzuki has good end and a lot of bad end, Ichigo has a normal end, a bad end and a true end.ICHIGO NOOOOO (I got bad end 2 on first gameplay)

Is this actually an Otome or only a Visual Novel? I don't understand how it's an Otome, when the literal LI is
gay and actually with Haruto?After reading comments, I played it thinking it was mislabelled as an Otome and now I'm confused on WTF I played. 😭. Great art, music and character designs. It just doesn't feel like any actual romance between MC x LI. . It reads as a horror thriller VN, where a gay man cannot be with his lover. 😭. Then there's the GL aspect/angle.
I don't mean any disrespect, I'm just genuinely confused is all.

No disrespect taken! The reason I tagged it as Otome is because it plays with otome tropes and has a structure and setting similar to otome (fem MC trying to get with masc LIs). It DOES act more as a fakeout, but I can understand why someone would think it's mislabeled. At its core, it isn't an otome game, but more of a thriller. The same way how DDLC isn't a slice of life galge but has elements of galge in the first half of the story.
Still, I'll take the otome tag down to avoid mislabeling and confusion. That's something I don't mind doing at all!
Edit: Say, why do you keep saying it's a GL? It's not. Ichigo is a man

yuzuki isn't the only one you can spend valentines day with so technically he isn't the only LI ichigo is one too even even tho at first you guys are friends but you know what happens later on,idk where you even got that GL aspect ichigo is a guy

This game had me screaming, throwing up, and sobbing. Every ending felt like a punch to the gut (the sign of an amazing game). Yazuki and Haruto's backstory specifically had me in tears. This was probably one of the BEST games I have ever played, even if I was sobbing the whole time. And like, what do you mean there are many casual murders? This shit got real too quick! Anyways, absoultely amazing game and one of my new favorites!

I REALLY LOVE THIS! the plot twists, the endings, the writing -- i can see that this was made with care and time <3. there were lots of scenes that made my jaw drop (there are some wtf moments but still fluffy in a few ) its really intruiging! it also got me stop and process the whole thing once in awhile, i was so into it
i wish i could interpret more but its a definite 100/10 for me after getting all the endings -- worth the time spent!

at first, im more interested in yuzuki, although overtime, after getting all the endings im starting to lean more on ichigo. I'm still sad about yuzuki and haruto though, as they didnt really get the ending they deserved, i smelled shounen ai lore (YET i got stabbed by doomed yaoi TWICE in the endings IM SOBBING) i was into their story the most, it came quite emotional for me as i somehow could relate.
I also came to realize that mc is a total freak </3 -- BUT GOSH the story fed me so GOOD
