PPSAPI Header File Discussion

Where should it live?

As part of the NTP distribution, or as a stand-alone package?

• If part of the distribution
  • We need maintainers
  • I'll make a bugzilla product category for it
  • we should have the option to install the header
  • we should be able to compare the package header with any installed header

• If it is stand-alone
  • where should its home be?
    • ISC
    • sourceforge
    • ???
