Man, it's a surprise to see this make a comeback, after playing the other games, I enjoyed this one! It was really nice and still love the concept of the series. I look forward for more of this in the future!
Wow, I really enjoyed this! As a fan of the previous Hypnagogia games, this seems to be a very worthy follow-up, and the water theme fits in with the dreamy nature of these games really well. The sanity and breath meters in particular have a lot of promise, and I can imagine how they will be used to build strong moments of tension throughout the later dream worlds.
Immediately the junk city creates a good impression, being beautiful and engrossing in its own right, even with the world itself being themed after trash and sewage. The characters are oozing with personality, and just existing in the environment and soaking up the atmosphere is compelling on its own. I'm thankful to have gotten another Hypnagogia dream world to explore.
I'm really anticipating the full release and what future dreams await.
This was super fun, the levels and music was a really nice vibe! Even thought the platforming can be a little clunky, what you have here is very strong.
The water mechanic feels good, id say its a big improvement from the original Hypnagogia with the secret water level in that game. being that it had a floaty feel, this game feels a lot smoother and intuitive!
The only minor thing that I noticed on my playthrough is a minor grammar error.
really looking forward to the full game when its finish! take your time, make it nice.
Man this was absolutely fantastic!! I am literally speechless, this trilogy is starting to get more and more exciting. Tons of lore and tons of fun!! Thanks sodaraptor for this gem, really looking forward to the full release! I really loved how it had this Zelda Water Temple vibe overall and the whole interacting with other NPCs idea.
I enjoyed it greatly! The level and hub are pretty breathtaking, and overall the visuals and puzzles really feel like they've gotten more complex since the other Hypnagogia games!
Minor softlock: When you're at the very end of the level, you can get trapped if you revisit B-Block's Sluice control tunnel, near the couch slacker.
Thanks for checking it out, glad you enjoyed! And noted on the softlock- definitely missed that during testing so good catch. Will add a ladder there in a future update.
Love basically everything here. The platforming can be a bit clunky, but still generally fine. But I did move the rock/lump of trash to get the health crystal in the city, and I think I made it harder to get up to the joke rat, and it's hard to get to just from the water, thankfully possible. So that thing is the only major problem I saw
That's super weird and I have no idea why that could be happening. Seems odd a controller would cause literal framerate lag depending on if it's plugged in or not. All I had to test with was an Xbox 360-esque controller, so I'm not sure how other controllers affect the game. Could it be some of your drivers being possibly outdated?
Just finished the demo. Very fun and great atmosphere and music. Sodaraptor has an amazing visual style that has really been finely tuned into a very unique and enjoyable experience. The world, the characters and the vibe all come together into a great immersive interactive experience.
I did have a few issues with some of the platforming parts, most likely a skill issue on my end. But this was great, can't wait to see more.

Thanks for playing, glad you liked~ and thanks for pointing out that text error. There's so much dialogue I knew there had to be at least a few.

i'm totally stuck on the first puzzle with the 4 buttons :/
I saw the symbols in the other room but i cant figure it out
Nevermind! This time it worked! i restarted the game and entered the combination on the wall.

AWESOME!!!
loved the music, and the areas are fun to traverse
edit: I was having a lag issue related to playing w/ a controller but the issue was on my end, not the game's

I updated my controller's firmware and the issue seems to have gone away, so it was something on my end after all
bizarre, but good to know
The game doesn't quite handle well when you unplug the controller. Had it launch once, the controller disconnected & now it refuses to launch.

SODARAPTOR FUDGECAKE YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
It says a controller is recommended, but I have a controller that the game doesn't seem to notice.
What kind of controller were you using to try to play the game?
Apologies, I figured it out, it was an issue on my controller adapter's end.
peak is back on the menu
Ima be on this later today fs
really loved the original hypnagogia, cant wait to play this one!
