Astral Plane

An occult term used in Supernatural Fiction to describe where an Astral Body may be found; by extension, it has been used to describe a more generalized region which the astral body may jointly inhabit with other astral bodies, perhaps after the death of the worldly body (see Afterlife). More broadly, the Astral Plane can be considered as an Alternate Reality. [JC]
