ELEMENTAL BOOSTER

This lets you set actors, equipment, states, etc. to have bonus properties with or against certain elements. For example, a pyromancer could have bonus accuracy and critical rate with fire damage, or a martial artist could have bonus evasion and counter rate against blunt attacks.
