I clicked the banner that said get 20% off, downloaded the app and yet when I go to checkout with something in my cart it is at full price. And, I put my email into the website for 10% off, and it is not working even though I tried multiple times. Bad app, love the products but just wish the features worked properly. I have spent ages trying to get these discounts.

Hi there! The discount is only valid for users who are downloading the app for the first time. After tapping the discount banner, you’ll need to add a product to your cart before you see the discount take effect. If you tap another banner after claiming the discount, it will overwrite the coupon code. Feel free to reach us via rdbl.co/help.

Just like a lot of other people, once I clicked the 20% off if you download the app banner, the discount vanishes. I've read all the standard replies of 'it's for first time users' well it was the first time. I downloaded and added a tshirt to my bag but no code to be found. So uninstalled, and shopped elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble and use somewhere more reliable!

I'd rather buy from redbubble online. Every time I clicked on a product to take a closer look it added it to the cart! When I went to delete the items it raced me ahead almost to checkout. I felt like I was being conned into buying a load of stuff I didn't want. I closed the app and managed to clear the cart, started another product search and the same happened again. Check your cart when ordering that unwanted items havent snuck in! Deleted app.
