I would guess not. Don’t see any USB ports listed in the controllers specs and haven’t spotted anything that looks like an port on the controllers in the little videos they have of the Frame

The tegra boards are good on Linux. They need to get this out so software developers can work out the software kinks and hardware integrators make some good designs. I want a whole lot more Steam Machine sized devices to choose from

I’m interested in what levels of locked down it may be. Fully open software platform where I can install any OS on it. Maybe locked soley to Microsoft/Windows signed OS image. Open to install any software or only open to a selection of software stores so like Windows/Xbox store, Steam, EGS, etc. Expectations low. Microsoft and hardware devices have no consistent long term vision or identify so they keep pivoting strategies

Nice. The upcoming Razr Ultra flip phone. Those are nice. Pretty much exactly what I want. An outside display that can pretty much do everything and an inside display that’s very wide for streaming PC games from my desktop. Movies too look great with the nearly 21:9 inner display.

Hoping to see low end devices too. Would love a trial phone. Those Razr flip phones are expensive. Would rather wait for those to be less than half the price used on ebay

I did well to put together a new computer in 2023. One of these days I’ll be throwing the 16 core of this generation or the next if it’s still AM5 into this. Once this is out I’ll be excitedly reading Zen 7 rumors if it’ll be new socket or if DDR6 and AI had thrown a wrench in new socket plans

Would be great for me. Right now I wouldn’t even average one day a year of 93 miles but once a week I do about 40 miles and once a week about 60 miles. I’d do more weekend trips with this and my cars almost 15 years old now so this would be up my alley in the future

I like the news not because I think Asus and Acer should be paying more royalties to the whichever ghoul in the patent web there is but because every-time something like this happens it’s another hit against support for hevc and its nearly 6 year old successor that’s gotten little to no relevant adoption in mobile or desktop hardware. This is why I buy games almost exclusively on PC. Run your games on any device that people get it working on. First for me it was all Windows. Then same library on Linux. Same library in streaming services. Same library on Android phones. Soon same library on ARM VR Linux headsets. Same library on RISC-V devices. Someday I’ll be playing my Steam library on a toaster with a display on it

More time to figure out how to market it or work on making sure there’s a multi-major video game lineup for each of the first like 3 years. Or commit to a major delay into the early 2030s for a bigger architecture upgrade like RDNA6/UDNA2 because I don’t think 9070xt rasterization performance with better ray tracing and AI upscaling is going to blow minds compared to PS5 games. Well, there’s barely anything out that can’t be played on a PS4 anyways. The PS6 definitely isn’t getting much of any 3rd party games that skip the PS5 let alone the Switch 2 and Steam Deck
