The game is a small visual novel, showing either funny abstraction and wordplay or painful psychological episodes. The claim that history is based on real events will be too specific, so it is easier to pretend that it is just a set of abstractions and wordplay.
First of all, this is an artistic manipulation with word and form, only then - a game.

I felt tempted to play as the (usually cruel) voice in my head, berating the protagonist for mundane and minor errors. The result of doing that too much did shake me a bit. I can't imagine how hard it is to endure what the protagonist did. But like them, it feels hard to do things, or even muster enough determination to try. This work feels very personal, and sadly, relatable.
after my first playthrough, 5/5. Im not a fan of ranking art with numbers but this is in every way perfectly done. The concept, the depiction of someone`s head with this level of introspection and detail IS JUST FIFTEEN MINUTES is not something easy to accomplish. As someone who has also lost one of my biological parents and I also struggled with very simple tasks. This game hits so hard in that aspect and was really interesting and fun to play. I actually played through it a few times just to see if I got a different ending. I got the good ending twice and a bad ending once. Every time I played I was noticing more and more things I had not realized before.

Bought this on Steam back in March, just seen it here on itch. Great anxiety simulator, a very short game but an interesting experience. Recommended.
