EDIT 4: Probably the final release. Modified some ice logic, hinted at the importance of penguin juggling earlier in level 1 and a minor addition to penguin behavior. ❤️

EDIT 3: Third bugfix. Slight adjustment to some ice blocks. SE fix for memory defrag/block corruption bug.

EDIT 2: Second bugfix update - hopefully the blocks and so on are loading properly and there shouldn't be more graphical glitches - I hope!

EDIT: Just a heads up - minor bug fix release. Hopefully less likely to crash between stages. Music button (M) works again, Evil snowflakes are more visible, Penguin physics improved.

Season's Greetings from Mixel's Lab! Here's the long overdue xmas demo I've been promising for.. 2? 3? Years!

It's a little rough around the edges, I may patch in wintery music and nice icons in the coming days but life has made things a bit difficult recently (I'm not currently at home), so I thought it's better to get it out there slightly unfinished than it would be delaying things another year! :D

Xmas Demo includes:

• 2 short levels
• Anna (not Francis) as protagonist.
• One devious boss fight
• Ice blocks
• Ridiculous particle effects
• So many penguins

Minimum Spec:

You know.. I'm not even sure. It should run fine on an 020 with 2Chip/1+Fast. It's still ECS.. No AGA needed.

Story:

Something is wrong with the penguins in the mountains. Can Anna cure their curious curse? (mostly by punching them)

Controls:

Anna's animations and controls aren't finalised so you may find bugs or animations that seem a bit weird. Nevertheless -

Up or B Button to jump.
Down to Duck.
Fire to punch.
Forward+Down+Fire while standing - high kick.
Fire+Down - Ducking slide kick
