For commissioned work, the terms are defined in this page instead.
Commission work can only be used by the commissioners themselves. I kindly ask you not to repost and/or use them unless you ask for their permissions and they explicitly say it's fine to do so.

Konayachi's free drawing: illustration, sketches, doodles, etc.

  • Repost with attribution.
  • Use in blog posts with attribution.
  • Use in YouTube or other video contents with attribution.
  • Use as profile picture/icon/banner with attribution.
  • Edit Konayachi's free drawing.
  • Remove the watermark and/or stamp.
  • Sell Konayachi's free drawing as merchandise (licence is required).
  • Use Konayachi's free drawing to train generative AI tools.

Basically, it aligns with Creative Commons - Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), which means:

  1. Share - You are free to copy and redistribute the material, as long as you fulfill the requirements on point number 2, 3 and 4.
  2. Attribution - There has to be a visible and clear credit to me, in the form of my account username (Konayachi) or my website (https://konayachi.com) - whichever makes most sense, at a glance.
  3. Non-Commercial - You must not use the material for commercial purpose. However, you are free to contact me for licensing fees. Without such licence, I don't allow any commercial use of my art.
  4. NoDerivatives - You must not distribute the material if you modify, transform or build upon, without authorization.

Konayachi's free projects: comics, VNs, etc.

  • Create fanwork of Konayachi's free projects.
  • Create video content with attribution linked to the project's page.
  • Repost Konayachi's free projects (even with attribution).
  • Resell Konayachi's free projects.

Konayachi's free projects are under All Rights Reserved. However, I explicitly allow the use of my free projects under the conditions above. Please put information about where the characters are from: my comics/VNs/etc.

  • Create fanwork of Konayachi's paid content.
  • Create video content with frequent added commentary or criticism (transformative work), and include attribution by linking to the project's page.
  • Repost Konayachi's paid content (even with attribution).
  • Resell Konayachi's paid content.
  • Use Konayachi's paid content to train generative AI tools.

Konayachi's paid content is under All Rights Reserved. However, I explicitly allow the use of my paid content under the conditions above. Please put information about where the characters are from: my comics/VNs/etc.

In other words, as long as the creation adds something meaningful on top of the paid content, and it's done with good intentions, I'm cool with it!

fanwork of Konayachi's characters & IP

  • Create free fanwork (fanart, fanfiction, etc.).
  • Use the fanwork you created as samples in your commissions sheets.
  • Contact me for a licence to sell the fanwork you created.
  • Claim Konayachi's IP as yours.
  • Use Konayachi's IP as mascots in your services/products.
  • Sell fanwork without a licence.

I love to see fanwork (fanart, fanfiction, doujin, etc.) of my characters!
All I ask is that if you post it on your pages, you also include the IP information attached on the fanwork itself, including the characters' name and the title where they belong if applicable.
(So more people get to know about how precious they are!)
If you do significant changes on the fanart of my characters (such as genderbends, personality changes, etc.) it has to be stated clearly.
NSFW fanwork must be labelled accordingly.

If you make them, please let me know! Send me an e-mail, I would love to see your beautiful work!
I also collect them on my treasure box.

If you'd like to sell the fanwork in forms of merchandises or any derivative work of my characters and/or any of my creations in general with the purpose of gaining profits, please contact me first for discussions of licensing, royalties and guidelines.

Please do not repost fanwork to other sites unless you ask for the creators' permissions and they explicitly say it's fine to do so.
