📋 QUICK START (3 STEPS):

1. Run: INSTALL.bat (FIRST TIME ONLY)

   ⏱️ Takes 2-5 minutes

2. Run: START.bat

   🌐 Browser opens automatically

3. Drag & drop your Unity game folder

   📁 Example: YourGame_Data folder

• Windows 10/11

• Python 3.8 or newer

  ⚠️ CHECK "Add Python to PATH" during install!
