My only quibbles / constructive criticism with this otherwise fascinating experience:

The rat king bossfight is Extremely long if your weapons happen to fail, and particularly frustrating to slog through due to the item-theft mechanics. I gave up my third time through.

The tutorial starts almost immediately on game-open, giving no time to fuss with sound settings or get your bearings. Having the option to set the accessibility / speed settings -before- that would be nice.

The tutorial auto-advances with no option to pause or go back, so it is very possible to miss things.

I think the tutorial is unskippable and unrepeatable?

It would be nice if shop dialogue did not repeat after you finish buying/selling things, before it allows you to exit the shop.

At some point my screen started going colors and then never stopped for the remaining 30 minutes of my playthrough, both in town and in levels, regardless of what I ate or did.

No baloney sandwich? Also slightly sad I could not make worse baloney by cutting it with disgusting quantities of dust or wood.
I adore the setting choices, and the recipes, and unlocked everything I was capable of unlocking in the demo (to my knowledge), minus the sewer mother quest.
