I just saw this game and immediately fell in love with it. I have been waiting for the longest time for a game like this to implement magic mechanics like you guys have!
I can tell its being made with a lot of love and passion, all the aesthetics, the music, and ideas looks so good and the game its a lot of fun :). I already wishlisted it on steam too, im so excited for new upcoming updates for this game and its release!
Here are some things I found while playing a bit:
- Im playing with mouse+keyboard, and not sure if its intentional, i get you can attack with your currently selected magic with left click or F, but you can also attack with right click, which uses whatever magic is in your first slot (Of your main magic while), this makes it so you can pretty much always spam two magics at the same time!
- You get a new dash recharge about every two seconds, but if you dash twice, and then wait about two seconds, you get both dash recharges back at the same time
- I just wish you could dash between two gaps, i think it would make navigation a lot more fun and smoother :)
- Maybe its because im playing on my laptop, but i cant see the health/mana HUD, so while i played i pretty much prayed i had enough health the whole time hahah
- While navigation menus, i found you could use left click as a substitute for enter, but there were other menus in which this didnt apply. Also when navigation between maps, the Esc option to exit the traveling map just didnt do anything D:
- For me at least it feels weird having the run and dash sharing the same button, perhaps maybe there could be an option to separate both things on different keys/buttons
Maybe some things are as intended, but thats a little recolection of things i saw and that i think might be cool if they got added:) again, i really love the game, will be looking forward to new updates <3. Cheers!
