I really liked the game’s proposal. The art style is very precise, and it reminded me a bit of the “Spirited Away” aesthetic, which brought back good childhood memories.
I found the plot engaging. At first I was concerned it would be another spoiled teenage protagonist, which is common nowadays, but it seems the intent is deeper than that, since the dialogues appear to have more layers. Overall, I would like to play the full game based on everything that was presented.
And I’d say this game could deserve some art-direction or writing awards in the future if it’s completed and well polished. I also noticed some literary references in the writing, which made me appreciate the experience even more.
