thank you so much! The "name generator" has an array of all the midwest emo bands I was listening to while making the game, but theres a character limit for names so it just cuts off a lot of names lol

Yeah I've seen other people have this bug, I think it has to do with the player selecting a die then a character then before the die finishes its animation clicking on a second die. its easy to avoid, but such a dumb game breaking bug  I missed ooof all that work for that lmao Thank you though, super appreciate it

Incredibly fun, definitely the most fun I've had on a game jam, its  easy to pick up simple to understand . Love the game juice in combat. yeah this is my favorite so far! great job. my only thing to note is that the out of bounds damage happens fast and is brutal, but my ship is slow to revert direction. So what should feel like a "don't break out of the game" warning is more of a "you're gonna die now" message lol Great job though!!

mirroring what a lot of people are saying here  about the look and uniqueness of the game, definitely is tricky to teach the game when its doing something unusual like the controls and concept. but very cool idea still. I think I spent 30 minutes trying to get through this gap in the rocks, but I guess you can't so I'm not sure what to do next.  I think landing soft locks me where i just spin. so I think this is unfortunately as far as I can get. would love to know what I'm missing! cool idea for sure

I love the idea, its super solid, I maybe would have liked to see a guitar hero style arrowing coming down and having that pair with the action instead of pausing it, but still super cool!

weird bug, not sure why that one character was question marked out ahhhh multiple bugs I see near the end dang, I wonder what happened or if I could recreate them. thank you so much for playing it though!!

The octopus and ghost ship levels are demonic lmao I swear I felt so relieved after seeing the doc instead of a crazy wave of ghost ships. Loved that mechanic the best too, having to look away to see was very cleaver. Great job!

Very cute and cozy! nice job. I know this is not exactly my type of game, but I can super appreciate all the love that went into it, it was very relaxing to just paint stuff :)

I think you're nailing the finding a fun core mechanic vibes here! I was trying to play some of the game jam submission while double tasking and catching up on shows. TOTALLY MISSED EVERTHING, and just lost myself in this game play lmao, great job. I had a lot of fun with this one!

Definitely on the harder side and I think part of that is the animation delay when you fire, it makes it so you kinda have  to lead the shot in a strange way. but I love the idea and really appreciate the tutorial intro. Nice job!

THIS IS SO COOL BUT ALSO BREAKS MY DUMB BRAINNN AHHHH, Great job!!

Love that all the abilities come back for the end, everything is very cute and charming! Although the balloon ability let me speed run though most of that section. You can left and right click at the same time to fly forever, simple fix though, just making it so you can only chew the gum on the ground. Still very cool!

absolutely amazing art! and the whole vibe of the game came together amazingly! I do understand what people are saying about it feeling a little slow, I think some of the smaller things like damage effects and sound would instantly elevate everything! congrats on the level of polish here! Its all super cool :)

Love a good platformer, I think I've played the different world mechanic before, but its always a fun time! Great job!

pretty cool idea, I always want to make these kind of mechanic based games, but they're so tricky to tweak everything to get working in a game jam. Great job! would love to see this with some cool visual flairs!

yes yes just me, I was killing myself to submit on sunday and when I saw I had an extra day I just focused on bettering the loop and adding in sounds/music. I had to break out the acoustic guitar for the first time in years to record again. honestly felt good, I miss doing music!

The way the upgrade system with the centipede body evolved really grew on me, It adds a great level of strategy. One thing I wasn't sure about, was there a health bar? I didnt notice it so I felt a little unsure when I was gonna die. But all said, love this one, great job!

Super fun idea, I love creation mechanics, I think they're some of the most fun to both make and play. Maybe adding just some kind of delay after to add a slime along with a limit as to how many you can make.. or not I mean sometimes going wacky is super fun too. Nice job!!

this is fun! I love when these smaller games lean into letting you get pretty powerful or break mechanics. As soon as I started shooting the 3 way spray attack, that gave the experience really fun progression. Nice job! One small thing I might do is just give character a little shadow sprite, help ground them in the top down perspective

Great structure here for a mechanic based game, with art and animations I think this could really shine, especially more indicators for what's happening between my round and the quick enemy round. really impressive considering everything in here, and the idea of placing dice with these restrictions is surprisingly fun! great job!!

Lots of character and personality in this! I think those a lot of those little touches like break dancing, or even the creative camera zoom really sell the idea. super cool!

Luckily I found out that the arrow keys were setup so I mostly used that for movement, then jumped to the a key to switch modes. Its pretty satisfying hitting a bunch the correct enemy in a row, then running around kiting enemies. Nice job!

The polish on this is incredible, the game plays super intuitively and is really fun! Great job! The scene where you get caught gave off some rpg turn based vibes, I could definitely see this being something more, like mashing up 2 genres

super interesting concept and a lot of interesting things going on here! I think that's what jams are all about, making whacky and unique idea, great job!
