Oh, im so sorry, it looks like that during my debug patch I accidentally left in some settings that break everything. So sorry about that, I’ll fix it asap, I hope you try my game out again.
Those “…” you mentioned are because of your actions during the administrative work, and are totally intentional. There is a brief tutorial for the card section, but I guess it is really unclear, so I added a little something in the game description if you need any help.
