I read this page(https://itch.io/docs/creators/getting-indexed) and still have a question.

I released the game 20 days ago (https://kemplli.itch.io/somehand). I tried sending a support email, but for some reason I didn't even receive a ticket ID. Please let me know if I've done anything wrong so I can fix it.
