I was slightly offended by the lack of stewing time between pouring the water into the cup and removing the bag, no squeezing of the tea bag, and not putting the sugar in before pouring in the water, but I'll let these crimes slide because the game made me smile.

In all seriousness, this was a great little game, gave me a good laugh.

I'm in my late twenties with *something* that causes fatigue and aches. I've had to give up a lot because of it: the dream job I'd worked my life to get, living with my best friend in a beautiful city... I moved into the garage my parents converted into a flat for me  (so grateful!!) with the goal of spending a 'gap year' resting, finding out what's wrong, and getting treated so that I could bounce back and continue with the life I'd built for myself. It's been three years, still no answers, and getting worse.

So, a lot of Rae's story was very familiar to me, to the point where I was able to predict what was going to come next, so it's safe to say that this game depicted the experience of having an invisible illness extremely well. The cyclical nature of it, the guilt of the people around you trying to help. It was a wonderful game to play, and got the point across very clearly.

!SPOILERS AHEAD!

My main gripe is the ending, especially concerning Sadie. I'm really not sure why it was Rae who apologised when Sadie was the one who had said some really insensitive (and ableist) stuff. I'm not going to lie, if I'd just told my best friend about the psychological horror I've been living in and they responded by telling me I was making it up, I don't think we'd be friends anymore unless they did a LOT to make it up to me.

So, overall, really great game, just with some strange messaging in its conclusion.

What a wonderful little game! Perfect length, with really sweet, simple puzzles and beautiful music and visuals. Definitely made me cry a bit, too!

It's great to hear that you had fun! The 'final defence' as Verlene is personally one of my favourite parts of the game, so I'm super glad you liked it too. Thanks for playing!

I love how this game looks! The art is simple but gorgeous!

I loved this game! Super relaxing a fun. The sound effects were really satisfying, and I was actually pretty sad when the game finished - I wanted to keep going!

What a charming game! The writing and concept is lots of fun, I kinda want my own antipal now.

Wow, this one hit hard. I really loved this - it's a good depiction of how this stuff really feels. This is a nice example of how gaming and poetry and/or prose can be used together.

I am in LOVE with this art style! It works so wonderfully. The writing is amazing, too. Nice one!

Actually a little obsessed with this game. The music is just the right amount of unsettling to make you feel like you've actually got a boss breathing down your neck! I like how it really became a challenge so quickly. A perfect example of a simple idea executed well!

I've never been so angry at bunnies in my life! This is such a fun, charming game - the concept is simple, and the art is wonderful.

A solid, nice, chill game! Some of the assets, especially UI, were a bit blurry, but aside from that, it's fun and relaxing. I can see myself playing this for a while!

What an adorable and relaxing game! The art style and music is all so charming. Unfortunately I couldn't work out how to feed my dragon so they ran away, but I had fun!

very effective in getting the message across - as someone who thinks I may struggle with chronic fatigue, I found this to be an extremely validating experience. Gets across that feeling of frustration and guilt extremely well while keeping the game simple, clean, and aesthetically pleasing!
