I haven't been here in awhile :')

Anyways here's just a small check-up for you :D

Sleep- Please just sleep, don't get your mental health all messed up like I did, it's terrible. If anything set an alarm so you know when to go to bed and when to wake up, if you can't fall asleep listening to some music always helps!

WATER- DON'T BECOME DEHYDRATED! IT'S TERRIBLE! Drink water when you have the chance, especially if you're doing some sort of activity that has you waste energy.

Relax a bit- Take some time to rest. Don't do so much that you start to feel sick, If you have school at the time then do school, but go easy on yourself, that goes for any other type of activity.

That's all! I'm counting on you to watch what you do! :)

MOTIVATION!!!

You are beautiful! You always will be no matter what! 

You can do it! I believe in you!

Sure smiles make you feel happy, but not smiling doesn't mean you just aren't happy! If someone tells you to smile just say you don't feel like doing that right now. If they don't understand just say you don't want to as it isn't necessary. It's ok! 

Go out there and give it your best! Think of ways to do something, think of ways you can beat that one thing keeping you away from your dreams :D
