I haven't been here in awhile :')
Anyways here's just a small check-up for you :D
Sleep- Please just sleep, don't get your mental health all messed up like I did, it's terrible. If anything set an alarm so you know when to go to bed and when to wake up, if you can't fall asleep listening to some music always helps!
WATER- DON'T BECOME DEHYDRATED! IT'S TERRIBLE! Drink water when you have the chance, especially if you're doing some sort of activity that has you waste energy.
Relax a bit- Take some time to rest. Don't do so much that you start to feel sick, If you have school at the time then do school, but go easy on yourself, that goes for any other type of activity.
