Aaaaaaa I loved this. SPOILERS  

The flashes of something supernatural that is hinted is so interesting. And I loved figuring out that the animal Jim carves for you can change based on what you do. Can't wait to see where the story is going!

Oh yeah this is was good, I for sure will play if there is more.

I loove how sometimes Jim can be sweet and adorable towards MC, (yet those little creepy remarks give away the creep vibes just in the right way).

Tho, i have a little headcanon that for 100% he has to make himself a lot of groats, cuz duuh, not only is it easy to make but also it's caloric so you'll be full wihtout much effort. 

+his cooking is good, and so is his butcher skills (+ hunting(?)) !!!

I get the yandere vibes, and I like the hints at something supernatural going on. I do hope this gives the option for a soft yandere route, because I am all about leaning into the crazy man's devotion rather than trying to run away. XD

Played the game, did a few routes, and I love it so much!!!! I didn't expect it, but the fact that the carving can change depending on how "mean" you are is gen so cool!!!! I love this game already and I'm so happy you continued it!! Peak indeed!

to add, I've never seen a game have moving sprites before! Like the blinking or actually seeing his hand move, very neat!!

Finally getting around to doing this review. "Chilling Devotion" already had me hooked with the game page alone. You can get an idea by the title alone what kind of game this is going to be. And the way it conveys that atmospheric and ambient environment is...well, chilling. One minute I feel safe and cozy in a cabin for two, to feeling isolated and paranoid of what might be lurking in those woods. I'm eager to see how Jim develops throughout our time with him. Compared to other yanderes, Jim's mannerisms and character feels more natural, more real? Really like the game so far, can't wait for the next update.

This game touched me; it's such a good slow burn Novel. Hopefully Day 3 comes out before I replay Day 2 for the millionth time. Though, it doesn't seem like it's been updating frequently... Hope the devs come back this year!

I am soooo glad to have stumbled across this visual novel. It's visually pleasing as it is dark and disturbing. I can't wait for more days to be added!!
