Update the build instructions for the iOS port by pointing to the new v4 library, which contains the new mpc library. Add argument to enable mpc when running create_project. Remove arguments for features that are enabled by default in create_project.
Apply the new build instructions for the iOS port.

This PR updates the build instructions for the iOS build to use the v4 version of the iOS prebuilt libraries.
v4 includes the mpcdec library support needed for some qdEngine games.
Also update the CI workflow according the new instructions.
