Albert.exe is by itself too common a filename. There already is an Albert.exe in MTROPOLIS detection for the German Albert 1 game.

Add the games of the Bidule series to detection.
The Bidule series is a spinoff of the French Uncle Albert/Ernest game series, about toys in a magic toybox. The first two games also had German translations.
