Description of the change
Release 0.15.16 - we prepare the usual release changes and refresh the CI which has gone stale in the meantime.
Most notably GitHub has deprecated the
macos-13runner, which we replace withmacos-15-intel; The intel architecture will be supported (by GitHub, and by us transitively) until fall 2027.Checklist:
