Actual Behavior

The links on the Contributor Guidelines page all the github issue template links are broken. They lead to the old deleted templates, which mean Github uses no template at all.

Expected Behavior

The link should lead to the new template.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open https://p5js.org/contribute/contributor_guidelines
2. Scroll down to "Found a bug" section
3. Either click on "Found a bug" or "this template"

The same can be done for the "Existing Feature Enhancement", "New Feature Request" and "Discussion" sections.
