Note: now I realize why we have to skip on 10.10.0 and earlier. As well as adding this test, I fixed the code of the command - see PR #40085 But that command code fix did not make it into 10.10.0. So the test passes on current master (daily tarball...), but will fail against 10.10.0 and earlier. |

This PR skips the
occ migration statusfor app tests for latest stable OC as it is failing on nightly.Related issue : owncloud/user_ldap#738
