Note: there is no big rush for this stuff. But it will be good to apply the latest when the next minor version release 10.7.0 is happening. When doing this, we need to commit the actual files, not just the composer.*

Don´t know the timeline of 10.7, but for security that this does not get forgotten a small ping 😅

I will let #38462 get merged first. Then I will get the bot to rebase this, and I will add a changelog etc.
