I recently completed an Office 365 migration project and wanted to share what worked well for us. In our case, EdbMails is the best Software for Office 365 Migration based on our actual project needs.

One of the deciding factors was that it turned out to be cost effective compared to several other tools we evaluated. We needed cross-tenant migration, large mailbox support, and incremental sync, and EdbMails provided these without pushing the project budget beyond what was reasonable.

The setup was straightforward, the logging was clear, and the overall workflow made the cutover less stressful than expected.
