Description

During or shortly before a meeting, when a new set of slides is uploaded or approved the datatracker notifies Meetecho (via a POST request) so they can update their cached version of the document.

To enable recovery if the automation fails, we should add a button or other UI to manually send this notification for existing slides. This should be available for admin, secretariat, and meetecho staff users ("recording managers" of the ietf group).
