Jakub Libosvar fe1ac18be4 func: Avoid using name2 from PB.external_ids

OVN 25.03 introduced a regression where name2 is no longer
taken from the LR/LS external_ids but from its options/other_config
columns. That results in name2 not being populated in PB.external_ids.
We use it only in a single place in functional tests and this patch
removes using that key and replaces it with just a name, which
corresponds to the LS/LR `name` column.
