Die reset()-Methode des XSLTProcessor-Interfaces entfernt alle Parameter (<xsl:param>) und das XSLT-Stylesheet aus dem Prozessor. Der XSLTProcessor befindet sich dann in seinem ursprünglichen Zustand, in dem er erstellt wurde.
