• You can create fan creations of any kind for 14 Days With You. This includes art, writing, edits, cosplays, and other similar works. Please use the #14DaysWithYou hashtag if you'd like me to see it.

• You can create your own 14 Days With You merchandise and profit from it — provided you use your own original work, and do not claim to be an official 14DWY seller. Do not use any official assets (such as the sprites, CGs, backgrounds, music, UI designs, my illustrations, my writing, etc) or any creation you did not make. It must be your own original work.

• You can mimic the 14 Days With You style for projects such as illustrations, commissions, merchandise, and edits, but please do not trace or use official assets. Also, please refrain from using it for fake screenshots & videos, false advertisements, or offensive content.

Things you ARE NOT allowed to do:

• You are prohibited from claiming 14 Days With You or its intellectual property (IP) as your own. It is within my rights to issue DMCA and/or takedown notices if anyone infringes upon them.

• You are prohibited from editing or modifying 14 Days With You (including its code and assets) in any capacity. This includes modding the game, modifying the code, and adding your own custom sprites.

• You are prohibited from reuploading, redistributing, porting, adapting, or pirating 14 Days With You and its DLC (“14 Nights With You”) in any capacity. This includes sharing any files on other websites or social platforms, on file-hosting sites, or in private (such as direct messages). The only website you should download 14DWY from is itch.io.

• You are prohibited from translating 14 Days With You into another language and redistributing it without my consent or knowledge.

• You are prohibited from creating fan games or spinoffs involving 14 Days With You without my consent or knowledge.

• You are prohibited from using 14 Days With You for any kind of AI purposes. This includes chatbots, art, writing, and other forms of AI-generated content.

• You are prohibited from sharing 14 Days With You with minors (those under the age of 18).

• You are prohibited from playing 14 Days With You or interacting with its community if you are a minor (those under the age of 18).

Free Version:

• You can showcase all of the content found in the free version of the 14 Nights With You DLC, whether it’s through screenshots, videos, GIFs, fanart, etc.

• Streamers and content creators can showcase any of the 18+ content found in the free version of the 14 Nights With You DLC if their chosen platform allows adult content. This includes videos that can be monetised (such as on YouTube or Patreon), provided they are age-restricted.

Paid Version:

• You can showcase some of the content found in the paid version of the 14 Nights With You DLC; however, you are prohibited from showcasing the 18+ scenes in their entirety. Please refrain from uploading, sharing, live-streaming, or redistributing entire 18+ scenes.

• Streamers may not live-stream the paid version. Please use the free version instead.

• Content creators can showcase some of the 18+ content found in the paid version of the 14 Nights With You DLC if their chosen platform allows adult content. This includes videos that can be monetised (such as on YouTube or Patreon), provided they are age-restricted, and parts of the paid content are cut out.

• TLDR: because it’s paid content, it shouldn’t be shared freely. Don’t show entire routes or all the choice outcomes, remove some of the scenes and/or dialogue, and don’t show everything the DLC has to offer.
