Where is preference mobile-frontend-mobile-option-amc?

I could not find any such option, even on a smartphone using commons.m.wikimedia.org (and not in Desktop mode). It would make my life much easier.

If anyone finds it, would you mind clarifying the explanation? If it does not exist anymore, maybe remove the sentence?
