I remember having played this game back in around 2020. I was around 12 and seeing/playing this game at an age like that, it was honestly eye opening in certain parts of life LOL. I love both Butterfly Soup and the Butterfly Soup sequel. I'm glad to see that your stuff is well known. Keep creating. You're super cool.

Even though I don't really have a passion for sports, I learned some stuff about baseball and had a good time doing it. The characterization and POV changes with reveals and plot progression felt unique. I can see why this is still one of the top rated games on itch, even almost a decade after it was released. This is the game that inspired me to make my own, and it showed me that anything is possible as long as you have the willpower to do it.

I made my own visual novel because of this game, and for that reason (among many more) this VN will always hold a place in my heart. I loved Butterfly Soup & it's story, and I will always love it for the fact that it showed me visual novels are important video games to experience too. Not everything needs to be this giant scale project led by an even bigger team. Sometimes it's just someone making their art into something real.

Thank you for making this game when you did. I never thought it'd be the one to turn me into an indie dev :)

It was amazing story, I enjoyed the moments with Akarsha (the craziest ones): she brings a big chaotic energy to the group, the connection between Diya and Min: they are pretty cute together, I liked the evolution of Min, as a person who struggles with her identity and wants to be true to herself - that part was crucial to people understand the bad consequences of very rigid and strict norms constructed by a close minded society, because we should accept that everyone is different and being LGBT+ is not a sin nor a problem, it is very important to support the community, even as part of it or simply a ally. We shouldn't put LGBT+ people down, we should accept, support and help them. LGBT+ people like me have struggle a lot for many, many years and we should continue to show that we are people like others and fight for our rights.

Also, I liked that Min, as someone who gets easily in fights, trying to show her affective side specially to Diya, her girlfriend. It is not only changing for someone, but also learning about the emotions, showing the emotional strength, the courage, and continuing to show themselves.

I will give it 5 stars!
