Your game is the 5th in the video! I'm not sure why, but this one just didn't hit right with me. I left the experience more frustrated than scared. The combination of the extremely loud chase sound combined with the pitch black section kinda soured my mood. I'm definitely not saying it's bad, it's just not for me. There's some really creative stuff going on here for sure. I still appreciate the effort you've put in to make a game, for FREE even! Thanks for making it!
It was a near perfect blend of survival horror and atmospheric horror. I felt super unnerved when I got the notification saying I feel like something is watching me. I thought the chase scenes were super intense and the changing map did a really good job of throwing me off. I wish there was a tiny bit more light in the game but that's just me. Good Job!
game was really good loved the jump scare only thing i could ask is to make the part were your in the dark a bit more easy to navigate as i couldnt finish the game but still good job
I liked some of the ideas in the game, but that darkness part was more of a hassle than expected. The monster was simplistic but scary, but the lack of backwards movement was weird.
I would also appreciate if you could give an opinion on our latest game. Game devs advice is precious because we know better what it takes to make something work. It's called "Backdoor Shifts"
Hey i just saw your gameplay the video is pretty pog, the level gets dark for a short period of time and you need to use those circles in order to navigate through it, it's sort of hard and i think almost everyone struggled afterwards so i am trying to plan a more efficient mechanic.
Thanks for the feedback C:, Initially I added a longer maze like level for the dot mechanic but on play testing I found out that most of my testers were getting stuck in the darkness, but I am planning to refactor it to make it more efficient.
