I made a game where you do a lot of missions and shoot things. Can you win 5 missions before the opposing team does? This game is poorly optimized so I did not make an HTML5 build this time. Windows only.

Faq: Will you add online multi-NO I WON'T :p

Features:

  • 3 fully playable levels, 2 jank levels, 1 WIP level
  • 22 different characters (you only control 1, but may ally with some of them and will shoot a lot of others)
  • 5 unique enemy squads that may show up to prevent you from winning.
  • 7 playable weapons (+bonus werewolf claws)
  • Dynamic difficulty adjustment (trust me bro)

Controls:

  • WASD/Arrow keys: move
  • Left click: shoot gun (holding it down will work most of the time) and click buttons
  • Right click: throw grenade
  • Middle click: inspect target
  • Spacebar: pick up weapon
  • F4: fullscreen
  • Escape: go back to main menu

Player 2 controls:

  • IJKL: move
  • X: shoot gun
  • C: throw grenade
  • Weapons are picked up automatically

Fun! I liked the little bonuses I got from each mission, like the turrets added to my base after the turret mission, or recruiting the vampire. It would be nice to have some toggle options for general ally behavior, like "defend base", "attack enemies", or "focus objective", because at times they were acting as a direct hindrance to what I was trying to do! It would also be nice to have the ability to turn off the auto-aiming. The guns all felt special and distinct from each other.

thanks for the comment :) I'll definitely add a toggle for auto-aim. As for the ally behavior, currently your "followers" kinda follow your mouse but I can put in some AI override buttons in future versions.

Also hide the windows cursor

so far I need to keep the windows cursor in because the place you aim is not exactly where your cursor is! There's auto-aiming in places.

Really cool, only problems, add a way to pause the game without actually going back to the main menu, add multiplayer mode, and ofc fullscreen setting, thats all

pause should be in eventually, fullscreen setting exists (F4) and no, I won't make a multiplayer mode :p
